Tips for Parents: Sexual Harassment | PDF
Sexual harassment in schools is common. Students harass one another verbally and physically. Surprisingly, victims often don’t know that they are being sexually harassed, don’t know who to report it to, or are too embarrassed to report it.
Both boys and girls suffer from sexual harassment, but girls are more often the victims. Homosexual students often suffer the worst abuse.
Teach your child what sexual harassment is, that it is inappropriate, and how to report it.
